我們會如何處理

基於法律、會計、稅務、安全、防詐欺、退款或爭議處理等正當原因，我們可能在必要期間內保留 有限的交易、客服或安全紀錄，之後刪除或去識別化。已不可合理連結至您的彙總或去識別化資料 可能不屬於可刪除的帳號資料。

重要：刪除遊戲帳號不會刪除您的 Google 或 Facebook 帳號、不會自動退款， 也不會自動取消由應用程式商店管理的訂閱（如有）。解除安裝遊戲本身亦不等於提出帳號刪除申請。

Account and Personal Data Deletion

This page gives players of Dragonlock: Mortal Dao (officially titled 鎖龍劫－凡人問道) an independent way to ask Corntree Games to delete their Game account and associated personal data if they cannot access, or have already uninstalled, the Game. You do not need to reinstall the Game to submit a request.

Submit a deletion request:

Do not send a password, one-time verification code, full payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Subject: Account or Personal Data Deletion Request - Dragonlock: Mortal Dao Hello, I would like to delete the following Game account and personal data associated with it: - Character or user ID: - Character name: - Server: - Sign-in method: - Contact email: Please let me know the next steps needed to verify the account. What happens next

  1. We will acknowledge the request and may reasonably verify account ownership to prevent another person from maliciously deleting your account.
  2. After verification, we will process the request within a reasonable period and any deadline required by applicable law, then notify you when it is complete.
  3. Where feasible, we will also instruct relevant service providers that process account data for us to delete data linked to the account.

Data deleted and data that may be retained

Deletion generally covers account or character data, Game progress, settings, virtual items, battle saves, and other Game activity data controlled by Corntree Games and linked to the account. Deletion is generally irreversible, and you may permanently lose the related progress and entitlements.

We may retain limited transaction, support, or security records for as long as necessary for legitimate legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, refund, or dispute-handling reasons, then delete or de-identify them. Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer reasonably be linked to you may not form part of the deletable account data.

Important: Deleting the Game account does not delete your Google or Facebook account, automatically provide a refund, or automatically cancel any app-store-managed subscription (if offered). Uninstalling the Game does not itself submit an account deletion request.
